How to Prepare Yourself for Medical Travel in Thailand during COVID-19 pandemic?

Akesis life clinic is ready to accept the international patients to provide medical treatment with visa and alternative hospital quarantine assistance as a person who needed to receive medical treatment in Thailand must comply the regulations, including 14 days quarantine upon arrival.

Required documents

Updated medical report with relevant investigation result

Copy of the patient’s passport with a certified signature.

Copy of the companion’s passport(s) with certified signature(s) (Maximum 3 companions].

COVID-19 test result within 72 hours before departure.

Flight ticket. (if available).

Fit-to-fly certificate issued by a licensed doctor in the current country, within 72 hours before departure.

Insurance policy (or Guarantee letter from the Embassy) covering the treatment of COVID-19, USD 100,000 each, for the patient and each companion.

Proof of financial status, e.g. bank statement.

Referral letter from a doctor in current country, stating the need to seek for treatment in Thailand.
