Every meal will be prepared by a chef who has experience in healthy food, especially food for cancer patients by selecting only good quality of organic materials.

Food menus will also be prepared according to the patient’s disease, condition, blood test results or food allergy reactions individually.

Food for cancer patients is mainly focused on plant based which is organic vegetables and low glycemic index fruits.. No meat is recommended, especially red meat because red meat can stimulate the growth of cancer cells. Wild caught fish can be considered case by case.

Also, high carbohydrate food is not recommended because carbohydrate will be broken down to be sugar and sugar feeds cancer.

Changing the environment of the cell by flooding with vitamin and nutrition enriched food is a must for cancer patient because it is a way to stop making new cancer. Eating fresh vegetables instead of cooked one will be the best way to get nutrition and vitamins.

In the beginning of treatment program, juice fasting with cold-pressed organic vegetable juice is recommended in order to allow the digestive system to rest which helps to stimulate the body’s immune system. It is the time for the body to cleanse the toxins and waste product in the body as well. When the digestive system does not require energy to digest food, but utilizing the energy repair the body.

Then gradually adjust the food to be soups, smoothies, salads and various kind of foods according to the limitations of each patient. We hope our patients will not only have a good food for their body, but also enjoy every bite we created for them.
